Accounts Receivable Associate
We currently have an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Associate. This position will provide administrative support to management and is responsible for the organization of the office environment and records management. We are searching for one exceptional employee who is self-motivated and has a great attitude to help facilitate the huge growth of our company. Above all, this person must possess superior organizational skills, have the ability to prioritize work assignments, multitask, and meet deadlines while working independently. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Sales Manager with work orders, pre-bills, estimates and customer invoicing
- Perform inventory maintenance and data entry of product codes, pricing, and descriptions
- Coordinate shipping and delivery processes
- Accurate processing of customer payments, follow-up and collection of late payments, and forecasting of future payment timing
- Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies with vendors and customers
- Perform general clerical duties including; copying, word processing, faxing, processing mail, and answering multiline telephones
Required Experience:
- Previous administrative experience is required
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks
- Self-motivated and have a great attitude
- Excellent follow through
- Required to understand and follow detailed directions
- Must perform duties with accuracy, professionalism, and pride in your work
Sales Representative
The Sales Representative is responsible for obtaining parts and accessories for both the machine shop and our retail customers. This position is responsible for ordering, stocking and shipping inventory and is directly responsible for selling our products and services to both domestic and international customers. The ideal candidate will provide customers with product information and excellent customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
Required Experience:
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Prior experience with high performance engines required
- Experience providing quality customer service
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Computer literacy
- Must have a valid state driver's license
